Is there a maximum size?

Yes. The maximum size depends on the material and the job. Send us your design and dimensions, and we'll confirm whether it's suitable for our equipment.

Can I order just one piece?

Yes, we accept one-off projects as well as small batches and larger production runs. A minimum job charge applies, so the cost will depend on the work involved rather than just the number of pieces.

What file formats do you accept?

SVG and DXF files are best for cutting, and JPG, PNG and PDF are best for engraving. If you're unsure, send us your file and we'll take a look.

Can you help if my design file needs changes?

We can sometimes help with minor file preparation or adjustments for an additional charge. More involved design work may need to be quoted separately, and we're unable to guarantee that every file can be modified.
